In this day and age I don’t think anyone can afford to be without employment. And if you’re self-employed or run a home based business, clients are the life line of your business…and without them, you can basically kiss your business good-bye.

There are infinite ways to tick off your clients. And even if you’ve maintained a long and happy relationship with your clients, one mishap can sever this relationship and impact your income.
