		<description>Yeah, I agree - that's an annoying thing that happens a lot. Like you I assume that when I send a client a quote they should know that is my rate. Period. But I once had a prospect tell me that they always assum the right to negotiate rates. I have just learned to stick to my guns. After all, they know my rate (which I have taken great care to establish) and they have shown interest in working with me. It's up to them to decide whether or not they will be willing to pay it.</description>
