It takes them months to credit your account and when they do, you must bring in a printed copy and then they will decide whether to give you the credit that's posted. Office depot only takes 5 cartridges now and does not give out coupons anymore. you need to be a reward member. the credit will be mailed and applied to you account. also you can only use (under the old rules) 3 three dollor coupons for your purchases a day. the purchases need to be each $ 3.00 and higher, and yes, they not always honor this system, depending on the store. you have outdated data.
