		<description>I've suffered from obesity myself so I know all too well what can happen if we're not active. Most of the cause for my own obesity was health/stress-related which led to surgeries and mobility problems. I've lost over 100 pounds now and welcome (literally) being able to walk that extra few steps from the parking lot or taking the stairs.

I am completely out of shape due to spending long hours at my desk building my online business. No more excuses though. Gotta get to it!</description>
