Everyone should have the freedom to decide when and where to do their work.  As long as the work gets done, adults should be able to make these decisions.  

The only thing is that when people do decide to experiment with different ways of working, the people who decide not to can't judge them.  You know what we're talking about: 

"Did you hear Jane is doing that 'work from home' thing?  You know she's just watching Oprah and doing her laundry."

"Maybe we should give Jack the promotion...I just don't know how dedicated Steve is, given that he works from home most days."

We call this language SLUDGE because it's so gross, toxic, and icky - we don't want it anywhere near us!
